About Us

The principals of the Empowerment Consortium are published authors, professionally certified trainers and bring more than 40 years of experience in the areas of public speaking, training, technical assistance, management and consulting. As a company, we have delivered results for our clients and effective solutions for maximizing effectiveness, proficiency and productivity.

We have trained professionals on all levels from middle management to the executive level. We have consulted with organizations on how to effectively increase productivity using community based programs and initiatives; taught corporate clients on how to establish and maintain effective partnerships and developed outreach initiatives to increase exposure.

In the past two years, we have worked closely with nonprofit organizations to develop programs and services to improve their effectiveness in their respective communities that have helped increase capacity for those organizations. We have written curriculum, developed trainings, produced and conducted in-person and online training programs for companies on the local, state and national level. We also own Online Housing Training.com, which is our primary vehicle for providing training and advocacy for nonprofit agencies and its employees.

Our latest initiative is to introduce team building, professional development, corporate leadership development, coaching and a series of workshops designed especially for professionals that want to grow in the areas of professional soft skills that will help them advance in the corporate world and improve their inter-personal relationships.
